The hotel was fairly clean and the room was extremely spacious and convenient. The staff were very very kind and pleasant during our whole stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast, it was varied with fresh vegetables and juices.

The breakfast spread here is generous, including ham rolls, fresh vegetables, and cakes, and the service is exceptional with very friendly and helpful staff.

From the moment I reached out to Davide Fait, the manager, for assistance with transportation, I knew I was in good hands. He went above and beyond to provide me with helpful information and even gave me a Trentino Guest card for free transportation and discounted tours. the meals at the hotel were a pleasant surprise, as they were beautifully prepared and delicious, with a wide variety of choices. the ski guide provided by the hotel, Stefano, was outstanding and made exploring the ski area a breeze. the heated equipment lockers ensured I had warm and dry boots every morning, and the spa facilities were top, notch, offering much, needed relaxation after a day on the slopes. the staff, from the servers to the massage therapists, were friendly, well, trained. Medil provided a fantastic experience that exceeded my expectations. Cons: Can't think of anything 😊.

Located very close to the gondola, allowing easy access to the Dolomites for skiing and Sellaronda exploration. the hotel is also close to the village center, providing access to areas that are worth discovering. the hotel is well thought out, providing allergy-free rooms and delicious food. the cozy atmosphere of the common areas and rooms, along with the convenient facilities, makes it more enjoyable.

The noise from the corridors could be disruptive.
